MSN Clinical Research can offer you both full-time permanent and contract positions at the nation's top Pharmaceutical/Biotech companies and Contract Research Organizations. What types of job opportunities do you offer? We staff the following types of positions: Clinical Research Associate, Regional Monitoring, Clinical Coordination, Clinical Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, SAS Programming, Biostatistics, Medical Writing and Clinical Quality Assurance. Where would I be placed? We staff positions throughout the continental United States. How long do assignments usually last? Our contract assignments vary in length from 1-2 months up to multiple year arrangements. We also offer occasional part-time contract assignments, and of course permanent placements. What are the minimum requirements to work for you? Qualified applicants will posses two or more years of experience in the clinical trials area of a pharmaceutical/biotech company or contract research organization. How long will it take for you to find me an assignment? An experienced recruiter will discuss your background with you and, with your permission, present your resume to our client companies. An interview is usually granted from 24 hours to two weeks after the resume presentation. Offer time frames vary from just a few days to a month after the initial job presentation. Your recruiter will explain the timeframe for each position at the time of resume presentation. What kind of salary can I expect? Salaries offered for permanent positions are determined by your experience relevant to the position. We will confirm your salary with you prior to each interview. What kind of hourly rates can I expect for contract assignments? Our Field Employees' rates are based on their relevant experience. We will confirm your hourly rate with you prior to each interview. When and how will I be paid? Field Employees submit approved timesheets to their assigned payroll contact on the dates outlined in the MSN Clinical Research payroll calendar. We pay on a bi-weekly basis, every other Friday. What kind of benefits do you offer? We offer a generous benefits package for Field Employees who meet eligibility requirements that includes: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, AD&D, Travel and Accident Insurance, 401(k) and EAP (Employee Assistance Program). When will I become eligible for benefits? Field Employees are eligible for benefits coverage on the 31st calendar day of employment with MSN Clinical Research. Your 401(k) coverage begins on the first of the next month following 30 days of employment. Will you cover my travel expenses? Approved travel expenses incurred by Field Employees are submitted and reimbursed in the payroll cycle following expense report submittal (provided that the expense report in submitted before the payroll deadline). Do you offer Direct Deposit? Yes. We offer payroll and expense direct deposit into bank accounts throughout the United States. Do you offer a Referral Program? Yes. We offer a $500 referral bonus for the successful placement of each referred candidate. (Certain rules apply. Ask your Account Manager for details.) Field Employees on staff with us can expect a smooth transition between projects. If you desire, we will begin searching for your next assignment to begin as soon as we've confirmed that your existing position is winding down. If you prefer to take some time off, you may begin work again when the timing is right for you. |
